The Lyft and Bluebikes account merger broke my Lyft account and erased my 8 years of driver and rider history. I've spent hours on the phone and been on a 30 email chain, but no one seems to be able or willing to put it back. Can someone please fix this?

The MBTA shouldn’t use this logo to represent autism awareness. It’s based on a puzzle piece image that had a child crying on it. Whether intended or not, it represents for many autistic people that they don’t fit in. The rainbow ribbon is more preferred now.

My friend's Discover autopay failed and they did not reach out to him because they lost his phone number. No mail either. He is looking to buy a home, credit went from a 780 to 670 overnight. Customer support said they can't do anything. He wants to close his account of 10 years
