Wheat leaf rust latent period = 7-10 days in moist canopy at 15-25degC so recent weather conditions have been favourable. Prioritise inspecting, susceptible crops (VS-MS) that have not finished flowering as they may benefit from a fungicide application. DPIRD Broadacre - WA Grains & Livestock
