Really cool getting to meet Tory Bruno president and CEO of ULA. Incredible to see where the industry is headed. Who knows, he might be my boss in the future!

Thank you The Boeing Company - today, to celebrate 60 years in Huntsville, Ala., the company gave two $60,000 grants - one to BGCNAL to support STEM programs, and the other to the Chamber Foundation to support our Veteran hiring initiative with Hiring Our Heroes. We are truly appreciative!

Exciting news! Boeing just invested $1 million in our new STEM Innovation Hub, bringing state-of-the-art STEM education to under-resourced communities. With this support, we're creating a destination for innovation and workforce development. Thank you, Boeing! #STEMeducation

Looking forward to tonight's launch, expected at 10:34pm E.T. from NASA's Kennedy Space Center. I am very proud of the work that's been done in North Alabama on this project! Be sure to tune in for updates and to watch the ULA Atlas V rocket carrying Boeing Space's Starliner lift off!

The astronauts have begun ingress into #Starliner — taking their seats in the spacecraft. They'll undergo a series of checks, including umbilical hook ups, communications checks and suit checks. They'll also do spacecraft checks so they are ready for flight.

Congratulations The Boeing Company, ULA, & NASA on the first successful crewed launch of the Starliner Spacecraft. This launch was the result of collaboration and years of dedicated work, much of which took place right here in North Alabama.
