In the Trump Admin's FY19, encounters at the Southwest border were under 1 million. In FY23, there were 2.4 million, with 2.7 expected in FY24. Yet, he is removing under half of the illegal aliens while recording over double the encounters. Numbers don't lie, Mr. Secretary.
