I have to post this again to remind everyone who cares about our earth, our people, our children & their children, to vote out this Tory Government at the GE.

May have just had one of the most soul-destroying shifts in A&E I’ve ever had. How is it ok that people are waiting on a chair for over 2 days for a hospital bed? The moral injury of delivering such poor care is just awful.

With Norfolk County Council ploughing mindlessly on with the Norwich Western Link, legal work to prevent it looks more and more likely.

£55 for a Private GP video call - GMC registered

NHSE pays just £165pp for all your GP services for a year
Average number of appts is 7 with 5 being Face to Face

£35 less in real terms since 2016

Govt/NHSE don’t want you to see a NHS GP by funding alternative roles but not GPs

I’m a trained GP, but I can’t get a job : the absurd new crisis
This isn’t how ARRS was intended, Billy Palmer, Nuffield Trust
It should not come at the expense of qualified GPs
NHSE commissioners of GP services need to check this being upheld

'But nobody dares to say that anything is wrong (with Brexit). And so nobody is taking responsibility for anything.” Macron

We all can see that Brexit is a huge failure except some Brits think it isn't. They also think we in the EU and indeed across the world haven't noticed 🤡

When government uses your hard-earned taxes to fund non-doctors, cramming them into GP practices and hospitals, this is the consequence.

Fully trained, vastly superior, real doctors unable to find work.

Next time you’re forced to see a Physician Associate,

Exclusive: decision to grant licences condemned by critics as a stunt that shows Tories are 'playing politics with climate' 🧵

I don’t know why anyone is surprised that NHS productivity has reduced. You cannot systemically bully a workforce for 14 years, restrict resources and fail to fix problems, and then expect the productivity to remain high. The Conservative government has profoundly failed the NHS.

And to think all this has happened since the 2016 vote and the scrapping of European Parliament public waterways safety legislation.
Farage, Johnson, Gove, Tice & Co have a lot to answer for and one day they will!👇

My hope is a return to a lot more rational, objective, fact-based journalism and politics after the general election. A good start to that would be replacing Laura Kuenssberg with Sangita Myska and stopping the GB News guy taking over the Telegraph.

The amount of coverage given to the Green Party, who have so far won 159 seats in these elections, compared to Reform UK, who have won two, has been quite something

Good news that the High Court has (once again) ruled the government’s net zero plans to be unlawful due to insufficient consideration of how the plans will actually be delivered. This highlights the continual cycle of grand targets on climate not being matched with reality.

The state of the NHS after 14 yrs of deliberate, calculated government underfunding - patients put at risk by hospital ceilings literally collapsing.

They’re destroying NHS staff, buildings, morale & capacity to care.

And they just don’t care.
