About to hear from ⁦Governor Phil Murphy⁩ on the legislature’s failure to vote on legal marijuana. Lawmakers called it a pause, while they work to gather more yes votes. Critics say if you can’t pass it in a deep blue state like New Jersey, it’s dead. ⁦PIX11 News
