In response my question during a hearing just now, Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth confirmed that the Qatari jet would likely be transferred to Trump as a gift at the end of his term. That's patently illegal. There's a specific clause of the Constitution that prohibits it. Senate votes on this TODAY.
