Hurricane Ike was my “aha” moment but Hurricane Harvey solidified my passion for Just & Equitable Disaster Recovery.

ALIGNMENT: When your life’s work is reinforced by a dynamic urban planning program & it’s recognized & uplifted by USC. Disasters are hard & long for families facing unimaginable hardships. I hope my work contributes to the change needed for an equitable & just society.

Aside from creating a gantt chart what's the Southwest Airlines "hack" to ACTUALLY use supposed earned promotions? I earned a 50% off promotion for flight on 9/14/23. Promotion deets emailed 10/18...but expired 11/24...but only qualified for flights flown 1/8 - 3/3.

Grateful for the committed leaders in this space and hopeful for the next 50 years!
