It's more than 10 days that I'm emailing and calling NYC Board of Elections for a voter file, that should have been regular process. No one in the data office returns calls and thru a receptionist they claim haven't received emails. Meanwhile, got CD from NY State Board of Elections with faulty, outdated info.
