Finally all equipment packed up and ingredients all sorted ready for tomorrow Craft Guild of Chefs #CGCgrads

So guess who just got an email saying they are in the Craft Guild of Chefs final ....eeerrr me!!!! So excited for the next stage and ssssooo happy to have gotten through, now to do it all over again

Not only did I get the good news of getting through to the graduate finals a few weeks ago and spent an amazing 2 day with the other finalists but I also got the news I got through to the world skills uk Birmingham final !!! Just proves hard work pays off can’t wait #gameface

Some people cook to survive or they will be hungry and die, I survive by cooking and letting people taste my food not to survive but to feel something they have never experienced in there life just by a simple bite, I don’t know about you but that’s how I stay alive !!!

Well after a few stressful day it all payed off, got gold medal at world skills competition now time to really knuckle down #showthemwhatyourmadeof WorldSkills UK

Been working so hard that I also forgot to post and thank everyone from Craft Guild of Chefs for an amazing competition that I also took part in and graduated amazing competition can’t wait for the next !!!
