EBV-positive inflammatory follicular dendritic cell sarcoma, diagnosed in the liver. This is a relatively indolent histiocytic proliferation with FDC phenotype and consistent EBV positivity. Recognizing the rich lymphoplasmacytic background can aid in the diagnosis.
