I do like getting these messages about where my blood has gone.

Anybody who supports the death penalty is by definition supporting a system which results in the state killing innocent people. Only somebody with no understanding of history or criminal justice could fail to understand this. And such a person has no place in politics.

We need deeds not words to stop the avoidable killings of women by men. It was an honour to read their names in front of bereaved families. Every year it is overwhelming.

Feeling simultaneously really pleased and extremely frustrated with myself. For years I’ve known I’ve been massively overpaying BT Today I finally did something about it. No more. I HATE that loyalty is punished.

Wasted 40 mins waiting at the pharmacy for a prescription (told it would get there in 10-15 mins). Went back to Surgery to be told it needed signing. Would have been helpful to have been told that. I’m meant to just know that even though the Physician Associate didn’t tell me?

Going to see Mark Watson, still here but very much also Bluesky with Dave Walker later. Last saw him in Southend in September and loved it so much I booked again.
