Great British Wine Gusbourne Hoffmann & Rathbone Woodchester Valley jeremy mount Charlie Holland grapebritannia Wines of Great Britain @lisawinetravel @WineMan147 Hawkins Bros. Simon Scutts Susy Atkins You must get Charles Palmer PN ‘18 & @abecketts ‘18 to add to that line-up. Both very different but remarkable wines. The Charles P is especially interesting: silky tannins & layered rich black fruit threaded with red fruit. Exceptional. I’ve just restocked up my private cellar!

gentle mushroom earthiness. It’s still fresh, still developing greatness. This reminded me more of a great NZ or Californian Pinot, in fact it reminded me of a memorable one by Robert Mondavi I had some years ago. This really is something to behold. It’ll astonish in 2028. 2/2

Our Chardonnay growing on well thanks to the clouds and rain. This has been the saviour so far this year, acting like a warm blanket it has kept the frost away from delicate buds and shoots that are ahead of normal.
