A1. My first grade teacher Mrs.Clifford made me feel special. She let me lead a parade at recess with h my baton that she knew I twirled. That’s the moment I knew I wanted to be a teacher when I get up. #p2pchat

Q3 being in a new role, I have implemented a lot of procedures and checklists to make sure my new team was prepared for the new school year. Loving how my team is embracing their role and we are off to a great start!! #p2pchat

Q4. Celebrations are the best! From Zwink winks to special notes to candy on your desk in the morning to bringing snacks to a meeting...it is all about the relationships. Showing one another you thought about them. Love showing our greatness. #p2pchat
