My 4yo son ran a 2.44 10m fly on the Freelap this morning. Just over 9mph. #breaking10

On his first attempt here at Plainfield South its Alex Austin of Normal West leading the Long Jump with his 22-6 mark.

Sad to say my time is done at Normal West. Proud of the program that we have built over the last 9 years. My family will be heading out New Hampshire to be close to family. With my position just being posted, reach out anyone would like to continue to feed these cats! Tony Holler
