My HVAC contractor was telling me about another GC he works for got him to rough in 5 houses and didn't pay for any of them and just kept telling him he was waiting on draws etc. He said he was at the supply warehouse picking up materials and there was another HVAC guy there

In the last two houses I've built I added in small pocket offices towards the front entrances. Not huge but somewhere you could put a small desk and computer and close the door. The first 2 pictures is one I've completed but the buyers opted to just use it as a storage so we

A little slow on this one had to line up new roofers, siding guys, painters. But all part of the process, roof is on and exterior painting is done. Pic is from a few days ago but windows are in, rough in electrical finished up yesterday. HVAC rough in scheduled for Wednesday.

Formed up and inspection scheduled today! Planning to pour both this week. Building something a little more affordable for the area. One house is a smaller 3/2 1350 SQFT and the other is a 4/2 1650 SQFT. Building these with Matt Howitt @NicholasGuidry1

Been sitting on these two lots for a whole. Started clearing them Saturday. These are very close to the water but no flood zone so that's a big plus. Hope I don't regret keeping this giant tree in the front Yogi Tyus

Sold this one last month, and it turned out great! I went with a slightly different kitchen design, especially with the windows and hood. I’m not personally a fan of the backsplash tile, but the buyers loved it!

On this house my designer went with a darker color for the trim and doors. Which is the first time I've ever done anything but white trim. I do think it goes well with the floors.

Wrapping up the pads for these next two houses! Had to cut and fill quite a bit for one of them to get good compaction. Hoping to get started on these in the next few weeks.

Slower than I'd like progress on these two. The darker one cabinets and trim got finished up over the weekend. The white one Sheetrock finishers will be starting this week.

Pending the weather planning to pour both these this week and start framing by the end of the week. One is 4/2 1900 SQFT and very similar to some homes I built that I've gotten good feedback on and the other is a 3/2 1725 SQFT.

Got this one sold today! The colors on this one were interesting but the buyers loved it. This wraps up that 3 lot developement the biggest side by side project I've done so far.

Anybody else use these metal boots? I've been using them for a while on all my houses. They definitely aren't the cheapest and are a little bulky but they are way better than the cheap $10 plastic ones.

Permits picked up and pads done. These two lots were already cleared but of course the few trees that were left were right in the way of the houses.

I'm getting married soon and I used to always ask married people how did you know? They would always say you just know and I would think it was crazy because nobody I've ever met or dated did I feel that certainty like I knew but when I met my wife it was so clear. Obviously

How is the market where everybody else is? These have been on the market for 30+ days and getting a lot of showings probably the most showings I've had on a home with no offers, everybody loves them and nobody complains about the price. We do have these priced on the higher end
