Finishing up this office remodel ,that I didn’t want,for an industrial contractor. It’s lead to around 1.5 in quotes so far ranging from small on site repair work to steel fab and another much larger remodel. The ones you don’t want seem to lead to the biggest opportunities.

The demand is definitely there but knowing a few older equipment mechanics makes me think the money isn’t worth it. Not typically the happiest bunch. Unlike old superintendents who are basically bottled sunshine.
