Happy #FluorescenceFriday! Hannes Maib captured this mesmerizing video of the membrane trafficking conversion of PI(4)P (Cyan) into PI(4,5)P2 (Magenta) on 10 μm membrane coated silica beads. This work was inspired by Jay Groves lab's PNASNews paper (pnas.org/content/116/30…)
