Recommendation 8: IES should regularly collect and publish info on the racial, ethnic, gender, disciplinary and institutional backgrounds of applicants.

If you haven't read the National Academies Report on the future of IES, go do it. This is a fantastic document for pressing IES to center equity in its topics, methods, and processes. Really hoping IES Research takes this up in a serious way! #EdResearch4theFuture
