This is a great step in the right direction. Multi-modal transportation options are a much better use of funds than a parking structure. But it is essential that the city improves the bike lanes on Shoreline to provide seamless connections with the beach path and Alamitos

We'd love to see the region invest in Metrolink. Maybe someday we could see a Metrolink line from Downtown LA to Long Beach. We love the A line, but this would offer faster and more comfortable connections to other Metrolink, Amtrak, CAHSR, and Brightline West trains!

Please attend if you're interested in PCH bike lanes! This project would make one of Long Beach's most dangerous streets less deadly. Alternative 3 has the best protection since the bike lanes would be at sidewalk level, away from cars!
