w/ 30yr fixed mortgage rates at 8% monthly payments are now 50%+ relative to rates being at 3%… but no material pricing declines (at least in our Columbus, OH market)… Were homes just undervalued in 2021 based on negative real rates & such high rate of change in money supply?
