Renting Rent-Seeker James Viggiano 🇳🇿 Jenée Tibshraeny I think the chart is interesting in that it shows how rental yields seem to follow interest rates (borrowing cost goes up = affordability goes down = house price go down) But yes, looks slightly different if on same axis:
