We have been waiting over a year for these community plan amendments to be reviewed by PLUM so the #DTLA 2040 could be finalized by City of Los Angeles. We received little public meeting notice by PLUM or Los Angeles City Planning, and no visibility on a revised amendment shared during the meeting.
