Once again I find myself thanking @Belfast_BBQ for the introduction. My first attempt at The Meat Merchant Sugar Pit Bacon Chops on the @Weberbarbecues with a little Pro Smoke BBQ maple chunks. Will definitely be on the list again.
Yesterday I cooked up a few things in my Traeger Grills Ironwood 650. I wanted to spread a little BBQ love to a couple of vulnerable friends and first responders. Here are a few pics from it. #bbqlove 28 people fed, I was exhausted but happy! Brisket, Beans,pork,chicken and salad

Some taster chicken thighs cooked on @Weberbarbecues using the Pro Smoke BBQ fuel dome. Some with The Smokey Carter™ Mexican Jalapeños and Lime, Ranch and Oakridge BBQ Secret Weapon and Habanero Death Dust. Toasted Marshmallows to finish it off. Hope everyone is staying safe 💪🏼
So first attempt at beef ribs, courtesy of The Meat Merchant. Cooked on WSM @Weberbarbecues with pecan chunks from Pro Smoke BBQ. Rubbed with The Smokey Carter™ Spicy Cocoa and turned out excellent. Best thing about this cook was I didn’t have to bother @Belfast_BBQ

Pic’n’mix chicken drumsticks. Mixture of The Smokey Carter™ jalapeño lime, Greek gyros and Oakridge BBQ secret weapon and habanero death dust. Was due to be washed down with Carlsberg UK to find that the tin was only half full, no leaks, no holes, how does that happen #shortchanged

First attempt at pulled pork. Turned out great! Cheers @Belfast_BBQ for the homemade AP rub which was used. Enjoyed by all. Will definitely be doing this again. LAGAN RIBS sauces used for the brioche baps, Rum and Raisin was my favourite

Last nights ribs with Oakridge BBQ Dominator and HDD. Also turned into Daddy Day breakfast with some LAGAN RIBS Hot Whiskey Sauce. Leftovers are great!
First time using @Weberbarbecues rotisserie thanks to Conor Dawson, Corries Farm Butcher ribeye roast with my own salt/pepper and garlic rub. Bit heavy on the salt but every day is a school day. Other than that I would say success
