Channel update: just got an updated email. “Due to the complexity of this issue we had to forward it to another internal team and we’re waiting to hear back.” What the heck is complex about a 1 million sub motorcycle channel getting hacked and streaming porn?! IT WASN’T ME!!

Another day with nothing new to update for the channel. I reached out to my MCN GTChannel to see if they can offer any help speeding this process up. I’ll keep y’all updated if anything changes. 🤬 + 10 points

I know 2020 has been a dumpster fire but here I was thinking COVID19 would have been the biggest hit to my business. Nope, YouTubes lack of urgency and internal communication has crippled the entire channel for 7 days. That’s affected us FAR more than the virus.

Over a week now and channel is still down with no updates on when I could expect it backup. Feels like I’m living in a perpetual nightmare at this point.

Just got another email saying TeamYouTube has “raised the escalation to another team”. How many freaking teams does it take to TURN MY CHANNEL BACK ON!! If this keeps up we’ll be in the stratosphere soon!

ANOTHER DAY and channel is STILL DOWN! Can all of you retweet this and mention ANY large YouTube channels that do news stuff like Philip DeFranco 👊🏻 or KEEM 🍿 . YT is CLEARLY not giving a care about a freaking 1 mil sub channel so maybe they will care if a bigger channel gets talking!

New email from YT. My contact says they keep escalating the problem but they have been told to just wait for the “investigation” to finish. Do they have ANY IDEA they are ruining my business MORE AND MORE every single day this channel is down? Y’all keep making noise for me pls!

Just straight up asked @youtube if my channel will ever be reinstated and to stop with the “we’ve escalated the situation” bullshit. Let’s see what I get back from that...

Despite YT responding to my email saying “I can’t give a straight forward answer on reinstating ur channel” they did clarify “they did nothing wrong” lol. Oh. Ok. And I just got an automated email about a strike on my channel. The channel that doesn’t currently exist. Lmfao wtf
