Came back with a 22.6 in the 200m! Both races within a quarter second of his PR outdoors! Dude is ready to ball!!

Starting off the season with a state #1 time and meet record in the 400 (50.33) and another top 10 state time in the 200 (22.91). Both ran on 200m indoor flat track

First outdoor meet of the year last week (Conference Relays) ran an 800 in the DMR (1:57 split) and a 400 in the SMR 1600 (48.30)

Our captain, 2 time SLC PLAYER OF THE YEAR, 1st team All State, and assist leader is headed to UW-Lacrosse this Fall to continue his academic and volleyball career. We sure will miss your leadership capabilities and dedication to this program! Go Eagles 🦅
