Ok so how has Metropolitan Police recruited 1465 Police Officers, but lost 1381 Police Officers in the last financial year? Let’s take a little deep dive and look into multiple contributing factors that have led us to this point…🤷🏼‍♂️ We’ll go back just over a decade to the year 2012.
