"Uncle, my sister is sleeping with me," said a primary 4 boy 11 years ago. I was startled and broke. This marked the beginning of my work with boys. That was the day my passion to raise boys was born. Now all I work for is to see boys become responsible and productive adults.

We teach what we know, but we reproduce who we are. Until we become it, we can't produce it.  No matter how long you talk about it or desire it, until you become it, you can't produce it in your business, family, or life in general. No matter what it is, you have to become it.
