Work comes. Work goes. It happens. But if every client is willing to recommend me at the end of our engagement... Then I'll be ok. đź’Ş #emailmarketing

What the # of unread inbox messages says about you: 999+ = You're a monster 700-999 = Bless your heart, you try 400-699 = You also tried 100-399 = You're reliable, slip up occasionally 1-99 = people can count on you Inbox 0 = Might also be a monster. I mean who has that

New AI idea I'm trying with email: Uploading all Hubspot properties to the project with their definitions so it can provide better guidance for building complex segments.

AI personalization strengthens branded experiences but weakens fake one-to-one sales attempts. If we want genuine relationships, we can’t outsource the human part. (my opinion here is subject to change, but that's the feel I have right now)

My issue with AI-driven outbound personalization: it fakes the depth and research a person says the know about you. Even if the message is well-crafted, the relationship it implies isn’t genuine.

If I reply to an AI-crafted outbound message, the salesperson now has to scramble to learn what “they” supposedly wrote. That feels disingenuous and undermines real human connection.

Branded emails with hyper personalization are different. There’s no expectation of a personal relationship with a brand. So the personalization builds trust because it shows the brand has built in the systems to listen.

Claude is starting to frustrate me. Editing online docs is a nightmare. Maybe I'm an idiot (probably), but I have to bounce back and forth with endless copy/paste, it's so annoying. And the artifacts it creates to edit a doc are not enjoyable. Gemini does a much better job.
