Anyone can turn it on when the attention is on them, but true success comes from making the right moves and having discipline when no one is watching.

Don’t wait for others to motivate you. Rise to the challenge of your role today, motivate yourself to try and perfect your craft and produce results. It’s more sustainable and will be more rewarding.

In life and business people are going to come at you and try and knock you down. Take the high road and still treat them with respect. It feels better and you never know who’s watching.

Working in sports is a lifestyle, it’s more than going to the games. Make sure you’re more than just a fan before entering.
