The suicide rate is now higher among 20 & 30 year olds than it is for 40 & 50.

We must connect all of these lives lost to make the impact we need to…

Theo Fleury Trauma, addiction, suicide, overdose - all cousins living in the same house. But the way the media portrays them…movies…our medical industry - they’re treated like they’re separate “issues.” Get to the source! Come together on our commonalities. Don’t label differences.

We are tragically so far from where we need to be when it comes to treating mental health in this country.

We have to stop talking about mental health and addiction being separate issues. Unresolved trauma is the catalyst which brings us into the mental health and addiction spaces. Trauma informed care or trauma informed treatment needs to be the new phrase we use. Solve the trauma…
