9/10 times when I see someone downplay the severity of C0VID, they say, "C0VID is here to stay!!". & I'm really now sure how that means we shouldn't take it seriously?? Like cancer is here to stay too, but we (usually) take that seriously. Same with many other diseases/illnesses.

Everyone impacted by a disaster should receive basic income. To ensure that happens, we should provide basic income to everyone, regardless of disasters, to ensure that money is always there, before, during, and after those disasters, of all types.

A plea to doctors: If you don’t know what’s wrong with a patient - tell them that. It’s ok to say you don’t know. Telling them they’re “fine” when they KNOW they aren’t causes trauma. When we finally get a diagnosis - we remember every doctor who told us we were “fine”.

And people wonder why chronically ill patients -especially female presenting ones- don't trust doctors.
