Not true Boris. The govt didn't adopt the Living Wage. It renamed the min wage 'the living wage' at a far lower level than the real Living Wage Foundation It was a disgraceful brand theft of a worthy charity. Osborne should hang head in shame for it - so don't boast of it #BBCOurNextPM

Just listened back. I did hear right, Boris said ""I was very proud when I was Mayor of London massively to have expanded the London Living Wage - putting millions of pounds in pockets of poorest in our capital - which was then adopted by our national government". Not true.
