This is a really helpful guide. I used it with a service user last week as she wanted to have her vaccination status digitally available. She didn't realise she could also order her prescriptions on the app. Win win!

New changes today. We have face to face contact with many of our service users every day so it's vital we have up to date facts to share. It can be difficult to know what to do in many circumstances 😕
