Trying to sort out a problem with local tour guide of Secret Escapes here in Morocco. Not having much luck so far. #secretescapes Let’s see what happens, hopefully the local Secret Escapes Assistant will sort it

1/ Well no! Secret Escapes you are not on top of things are you? I spent 3 hours trying to get your local reps to check because hotel different to confirmation. And it was wrong (as I had thought). So we got driven one and a half hours in the wrong direction

2/ So after a horrible day we then had to be driven off somewhere else. Waste of a day. I understand mistakes can happen but I repeatedly asked people to check. And when things DO go wrong I expect local Secret Escapes rep to do something to make it better. #secretescapes

3/ instead, when we finally arrived at Taj Hotel in Atlas Mountains, I asked if our local SECRET ESCAPES rep had been in touch and they said he hadn’t. I had asked him to. Very dismissive attitude #secretescapes.
