Hi TfL. This is the most ridiculous response by far regarding access to Greenwich and Woolwich Foot Tunnels. Your member of staff seems to think pedestrians & cyclists can use the Silvertown Tunnel which is 2 miles away! ! A very uneducated, uninformed and unhelpful response

Lifts have been out of service much longer than those dates provided by Greenwich Council’s website. The scaffolding was removed two days ago from GFT north entrance.
