I pre ordered Magnus Nilsson new book from 𝕬𝖕𝖍𝖊𝖑𝖎𝖔𝖓. Meant to be shipped on 5th October. No email, no update, can't get through on phone number and no one replies to email or "contact us". 𝕬𝖕𝖍𝖊𝖑𝖎𝖔𝖓 publish amazing books but customer service is terrible. Please help?
