Bedroom Battlefields Tabletop Miniature Hobby Blog Key to 15mm sculpts are to exaggerate properties of the figure. If you scaled them up they would look rather silly, different design process (heads, weapons etc). 15mm is a lesser scale to 28mm but it is a growing one. Mass battle is for 15mm.
