Probably the most helpful aspect of Brozer was how it centered factions. Reading that and going back to the 1e Monster Manual, I finally made the connection about what it means to run into 20-200 Elves: the MM is a *faction generator* in that same vein. Going by the DMG rules

What's your home campaign like? For me we use Barrows & Borderlands as our core system. 1:1 time keeping. 27 players each with 2-6 characters across the map. Outdoor survival hex map turned into the campaign world. We alternate between it being Man-to-Man

Work in progress, a Citadel C28 Giant. I only meant to do the skin mid-tone but ended up doing most of the base coats! Debating whether to fix the wonky eye or go with it as a feature. One eye is cast bigger than the other. #Oldhammer
