Today we walked a marathon cumbernauld to the kelpies. It’s incredible what you can do when you put your mind to it honestly. Although it was challenging and took a few stops we did it. Mind over matter 🙌challenge your own limits

Eating disorders have the highest mortality rates among psychiatric disorders. Of those who survive, only 50% recover, 30% improve and 20% remain chronically ill. We still do not know how to talk about EDs, and most don't understand them. I really hope that can change.

Happy New Year! Last Jan, I started my first placement with no prior healthcare experience. I learned a new language, such as "sluice" and "Datix". I now bank as a Band 2, and have 4 placements behind me. I still have a lot to learn, but am proud of how far I've grown in a year.
