Marathons are insanely difficult to do. To run 42.2 km at near sprinting distance is insane. To do it at the level Kipchoge has done it for as long as he has done it is nothing short of amazing. One race does not a career make.

(I wish more Kenyans ran recreationally so they could have a better appreciation for how insanely fast these speeds and ridiculously long these distances are. No Mutisya and Wanjiku, *you* cannot run 10KM in 30 minutes. 😅)
