Alison Harper Avon Wildlife Trust We need a botanist ! Also noticed a large healthy patch of Figwort just infront the riverside wall of Batheaston Gardens. We had a lot of Mullein Moth caterpillars feeding on these previously. Hope the footpath strimming spares these plants. Batheaston

Yes figwort should be out of bounds for the strimmer!

#swifts are back in Batheaston. Yay .😀❤ Small bundles of joy and awe. The first one I've seen this year just navigated past my head at high speed and straight into neighbour's wall - their annual nest. Respect.🧡
