Today is #ZeroDiscriminationDay! Criminalisation of HIV non-disclosure increases stigma and discourages testing. Creates fear of discussing HIV in healthcare settings. Prosecutions occur even without HIV-specific laws, including in the USA, Russia, Singapore, Ghana and the UK.
