The first coffee shop at the new Salt Lake City International Airport expansion, Beans & Brews is a local coffee favorite in the Salt Lake valley. We worked closely with the Beans & Brews brand to create an efficient space that will serve hundreds of cups of coffee a day.

Using a neutral palette of black, white, gray, and brass, we took the Beans & Brews store design standards and gave it a polished modern vibe to compliment the new airport’s cutting edge design.

It was the ribbon cutting of South Jordan’s Fire Station 64. This facility includes a dual company fire station house with administrative and police sub-station. This project was truly collaborative. . It was great to work with the wonderful people of South Jordan City.

The Day's of '47 arena seats 10,000 people and includes a hospitality building, conference room, banquet rooms, office restrooms and concessions stands. Babcock Design planned the location of the arena, so it would fit into the existing fabric of the campus. #daysof47arena

From backyard competitions to national recognition, R & R Barbecues are popping up everywhere. Working closely with the owner, we helped them establish a more efficient and functional layout, including a modification of the cook line and kitchen to increase functionality.

The rough wood and steel interiors produces a rustic yet modern feel, while a chalk art wall and hanging wood ceiling sculptures offers a creative spin on this refreshing design. We listen carefully to understand their story and vision to help refine their branding image.

Traverse Mountain Apartments sits at the the middle ground between Utah and Salt Lake County. With a booming tech industry in Lehi, there's a need for tech worker housing. This project is designed to have the amenities of a big city, but the proximity to #siliconslopes offices.

Traverse Mountain Apartments boast incredible views of Utah county and close proximity to the Wasatch Front. To take advantage of the views and the change in grade, the buildings sit at three different tiers on site allowing for views from outdoor spaces and all the units.

The amenities at Traverse Mountain Apartments cater to the young active professional with a state of the art gym, mail room with a view, coworking and phonebooths, and plenty of spaces for ntertaining outside of the apartment units. #LehiUtah #BabcockDesign #siliconslopes

Smart Growth in Rural Ammon. Strategic building placement activates the street and provides parks and plaza spaces for dwellings. Commercial development fronts active streets screening the homes from noise and traffic. #urbandesign #ammonidaho #apartments #smartgrowth #planning

East Village Market features Rowhomes. Rowhomes include 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom units each equipped with garages, courtyards and terraces. Architecture breaks the massing of the buildings to mimic and unite the homes with the nearby single-family residences.

East Village Market in Ammon Idaho includes Walk-up Flats. These flats locate parking to the rear of the units including attached ground level garages. The units provide a diversity of housing options and respond to the increase housing need within the city.
