I redesigned a freelancer's profile page. Same earnings, same jobs, same person but one version gets ignored, the other gets hired. Bad UX doesn't just look bad, it costs your users real money.

I'm designing an internal ops tool for restaurant, built for chefs, servers and managers to stay in sync during live service. This is a system that reduces the communication overhead between kitchen, floor, and management during peak service

This is the kind of interface that stops everyone in the restaurant from guessing instead of knowing.

Between A and B, one of these gets significantly more users to complete onboarding. Which one is it?
