It is clear from GoI's vaccination strategy that they never intended to vaccinate a critical mass of the population, let alone planning for everyone. There is zero investment in awareness campaign, and people are still expected to use smartphones or computers to book slots, etc.

After betraying all citizens, including its own supporters, the regime started fighting its own propaganda platforms. Meaning the only thing left for the regime to betray was itself.

Dear #HP when setting up a new printer, the optional online account creation, which hangs and fails the whole workflow, should be the last step, not the 1st. The 1st should be the physical setup video link hidden on the website but not in the custom setup software.

Worst thing about the chaotic Paytm app is how aggressively they push to link your bank account to their UPI offering. Wife accidentally linked her account without even realising. You have to carefully navigate your way around the minefield.

It seems insane to me that our society's entrenched customer support philosophy is that the least qualified people with zero knowledge of the system are the chosen ones to address customer issues. What sort of human avarice accounts for this? (1/2)

If I've reached the point where I'm forced to call customer support I don't want "my expectations managed", I need my problem to be resolved. That's frustrating when the support person is blindly copy-pasting responses from a runbook. Let me talk to someone accountable! (2/2)

2 futile branch visits today for really common small tasks. Both major Indian retail banks. The (maybe necessary) red tape and silos are so complex that no one- RM, branch reps, customer care- can actually help you. Only ppl with power are sales team -they allow all exceptions.

This 15 year old girl, Pinky Singh, my driver's niece, has been missing from near the Paryavaran Complex in Saket (close to the Saket Court) since Saturday. She was last seen at 6pm. The Delhi Police are trying their best to find her. If anyone sees her, please DM me.

Fourth - Live in your "Zone of Genius": "Your activities in this zone are the things you most love to do and the things that bring you most abundance and satisfaction per time spent." Things that you are good at, that bring you success and that give you ENERGY.

Lots of successful people get trapped in their Zone of Excellence Things they are good at and may bring success, but that deplete their energy, this is not sustainable.

How did we get to a point where I have to install 10 mill. mobile apps on my personal phone to use trivial services, and it’s all cool? All of them wanting access to all your device and personal data which is none of their business (1/2)

Akshay (@awkshwayrd) 's Twitter Profile Photo

In the old PC days we would call it ransomware, bloatware, etc. Now we happily and legally sign away all of our personal data to random startups for the privilege of using their mobile apps? Even though a website would be less intrusive. (2/2)
