I had applied for DL renewal which was expired in July 13th of Pune Maharashtra and many said can apply online in Bangalore itself, I had lost my original.

So after applying in Bangalore for Change of Address, DL Renewal, in Pune Duplicate DL, & also Renewal of DL Pune rto & @KA03 Rto every time got rejected saying some thing or the other. Made 5 times different online payment and withdrawbthe services also as Online not happening

But where is the amount going after withdrawal of services online n need to visit RTO Pune or Bangalore. Loosing n looting of around 2k unnecessarily from RTO. Why no option of crediting back when no service availed. Each payment 459/-, 458/- 200/- & 350/- respectively.

Finally someone told me to apply LL Online n give test n pass n get DL after a month. After doing so for 2 hours being still n firm in laptop n got passed the test in 1st attempt itself but next day got msge as rejected by RTO officer for Violation. What Violations??

Can anyone say anyone got benefitted by Online Parivahan website and by applying it. Why have they created online services of getting rejected and need to visit Pune or Bangalore RTO for each things. Is it getting rejected to go directly and pay bribe and get DL done. If not no.

Who will pay me back??? All these lost money online application in Parivahan website and how will I get DL renewal or New LL. If original is lost then doesn't they have Virtual Licence to verify it. How many times to apply or go RTO finally and pay bribe and get it done. Is this
