Blue Dart Support Blue Dart Official Netmeds medicine order not getting delivered,nobody even calls to know address or any other issue. Can u plz look into this & explain how come such delayed service practice have started from your side.Seems traditional couriers would have been better

Netmeds I ordered medicine on 22 May 2023, pics attached. It suppose to be delivered by 26 may but your delivery partner denied to deliver medicine at delivery address. Delivery agent was asking to collect order from his local office. I got successful delivery of earlier orders.

Have some shame @netmeds Delhivery . It’s been 4 days the parcel is in my city & still no delivery. I’m given empty promises. Such is callousness & apathy. These are medicines. Consumer Affairs these people have been indulging in making false promises. 1 day delivery, It’s 9 days
