You no longer need to book social visits depending on what wing your loved one/friend is located on. Cohorting is no longer a requirement due to the removal of most covid restrictions in custody. Visits run PM Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat, Sun and AM on Sat.

Tomorrow I’ll be hanging up my keys for a little while as I start a new role as Business Delivery Manager for HMPPS nationally. The last 2.5 years managing COVID Response & Recovery for a busy local establishment has been a huge learning curve. Onwards and upwards 🥂

HMP Cardiff, it’s been an absolute pleasure! I will miss these walls and my colleagues working behind them. I’m not quite sure how I will cope with the transition to national work and WFH… But on we go. Cheers 🥂
