Today I booked a ticked through red bus for neugo bus scheduled for 6:20 pm departure. They rescheduled it to 8 pm and just messaged around 5:40 pm now the bus arrived after 9 pm. I not allowed to cancel the ticket. Pathetic service with no proper resolution
